One way of celebrating LIFE is by preparing, cooking and eating together in a relaxed manner that physically nourishes as well as gives us feelings of inner peace.
  • Our intention is to treat ourselves with a calming respite for two hours.
  • We begin with appreciation for LIFE by creating individual gratitude lists.
  • We immerse ourselves in preparing and cooking simple healthy natural foods.
  • We will mindfully eat at a stress free pace.
  • Our time together ends with reflection, recipes and information to share at home until we gather together again.
